Are we cheated when buying games ?

This is my question of the day. When you buy a game for one platform, say as an example PS3, pay for a product that is assumed to be complete. What in fact many players do not know is that in most cases these games are not complete, but "castrated." Is the case with newly released games like Marvel VS Capcom 3, in which there are characters that are included in the Blu-Ray but are blocked from appearing on menus, so that at any given time, the company launches a DLC, saying it provides new characters. In this case it is Jill Valentine, heroine of the Resident Evil saga. This character comes into play in reality, but does not feature a single track from it at any time during the game. A hacker claimed to have played with this character, and got photos to prove it. In fact, Jill is on the Blu-Ray, but was expected to be activated by a DLC, however ....
presto!
Without the DLC in the hands yet and there is Jill, hitting as anyone ...

This is one of the many cases we can see. Another case, that happened to Mass Effect 2 on PS3. They sell the game with an error that makes you freeze the console after playing X time, losing your saved data, because they become corrupt ... Until last month, there has been no solution, so the first players in this game, mostly forced to start the story again several times ...
Another case is that of Killzone 3, which days before departure, and had in Store 2 map packs for multiplayer .... Is not it better to include directly in the game?. Pure mercantilism. On the other hand, before he left the game, its beta version, which only included multiplayer, received patches to correct multiple errors in the system. We are talking about a Beta, which although not the full version, a version is considered 90% of capacity. Ridiculous that there were so many mistakes.
And as these cases, there are more and more each day. For those who still do not know, users of this generation of consoles have a proper name, which is almost like a job, just do not get paid. That name is: BETA TESTERS. Let's hope that things improve in the short term.
